Born in 1961; degree in computer science (Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria); various business activities (software development, technology & organization consulting, sales) in an international software company; further education in human resources management; degree in systemic consulting.
Head of HR at SAP Austria from 1993 to 1997, from 1997 HR Director SAP Central Europe, in charge of Human Resources Management for SAP Austria and the SAP subsidiaries in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary and Slovenia.
Part–Time–Management from April 2002 to August 2004: design, coordination and governance of "Human Capital Management" in an international industrial company (emphasis on: Knowledge–Management, Management Development, HR Life Cycle Management, Company Academy, High Potentials und PR.)
Since 2000 self-employed consultant and independent contractor.
